At Quimera Gallery, we take the utmost care in packaging and delivering our unique pieces of art and merchandise.
Each Shipment is handled with precision to ensure your new acquisition or special piece arrives in pristine condition.

1. Processing Times
- Original Art: Please allow 3-5 business days for professional packing and documentation

-Prints, Multiples, and Merchandise: These typically ship within 2-3 business days.
​
-We do not offer custom framing.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
-We ideally use Fed Ex or UPS to provide secure, tracked shipping within the continental United States. Items also may be picked up in person or can be delivered via courier if local. Shipping Rates are calculated accordingly.
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

-To ensure the safety of your investment, we use the very best quality materials for shipping,

4. Insurance and Tracking
-Every shipment over $50 is fully insured for its total value. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required for upon delivery for all original artworks to ensure they are received safely.

5. Damages & Returns
In the unlikely event that a piece, or merchandise, arrives damaged:
1. Document The damage by taking clear photos of the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork or items immediately.

2. Contact us via e-mail (quimeragalleryatx@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery.
​
3. Keep packaging and do not discard and packing materials, as they will be required for any insurance claim made.
